Middle East updates: Truce talks resume in Cairo

Internationally mediated talks on establishing a cease-fire in Gaza have resumed in Egypt. Meanwhile, Al Jazeera has gone off air in Israel after Netanyahu’s government ordered the network to close. DW has the latest.
