Ukraine updates: Drone reportedly hits Russian oil refinery

Ukraine launched drones against several Russian regions with reports that the Ryazan oil refinery was hit. Meanwhile, a Russian airstrike on the Ukrainian city of Odesa killed at least three people. DW has the latest.
