Israel-Hamas war: Gaza truce to start Friday, says Qatar

Mediator Qatar said a pause in fighting will come into effect on Friday morning and will be followed by the release of 13 hostages in the afternoon. Meanwhile, Israel said it detained the director of al-Shifa hospital.
